Born
to be a perfect on-stage live performer, VH SM12H is a multipurpose
coaxial full-range system perfectly suited to all short-medium
throw sound reinforcement applications.
The system features a 3in. diaphragm compression driver coaxially
mounted on a 12in. Low-Mid really compact and lightweight
hybrid enclosure (Bass-reflex & Horn Loaded), giving a
dispersion of 20 deg. H x 90 deg. V.
It combines the efficiency of the horn loading system with
the LF Bass-reflex extension.
Thanks to its special design the VH SM12H is able to deliver
an incredible sound impact for a fast a prompt transient response,
unusual compared to other speakers of equal size.
The extremely accurate frequency response makes unique vocals
and instruments intelligibility! Wider is the dispersion on
the vertical axis (90 deg.) while extremely narrower is the
horizontal (20 deg.), in order to avoid any interference in
a closer proximity, focusing on the artist only and offering
an excellent acoustic isolation from other performers.
The compression driver constant directivity horn can be easily
rotate, obtaining the narrower dispersion on the Vertical
axis.
The VH SM12H can be pole-mounted using the box integrated
socket.
A complete range of rigging accessories makes easier and faster
all deployments such as wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or stacked
configurations, offering multiple set-up options and various
orientations.
The system can also be suspended using three M8 threaded inserts
(two on the top panel and one on the rear panel). Two paralleled
SpeakON™ NL4 connectors, positioned on the right and
rear side panels, allow a better connection depending on the
use.
Great performances, lightweight and compact dimensions make
this system incredibly smart and portable, just by broadening
the applications range.
Significant construction criteria, combined with the latest
technologies and innovative materials, ensure a great reliability
over time.
VH SM12H cabinet is constructed from Birch-ply and has an
impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection)
finish.
The system can be as well matched with all the most challenging
Loud Professional Formula and VH subwoofer systems, boosting
its LF extension.
