Quadra5,
"The Five", is the mid-sized speaker of the range.
With all sides of 160 mm, it can be quite literally handled
in your hands. Weighs no more than 2 Kg and it can fit wherever
you need with ease.
Five, is the transducer dimension (5in.), featuring a coaxial
Full Range driver, that provides an exceptional wide frequency
response from 90 Hz up to 22 kHz.
The Neodymium tweeter (0.55in.), coaxially mounted on the
same Mid-bass magnet structure, delivers a really smooth and
flat response for a clear and precise Mid-Hi frequency reproduction.
Logically supported in the lower frequencies, Quadra5 is capable
to perform an extraordinary sound impact as you cannot expect
from speakers of that size.
Designed to be easily integrated in all kind of installations
where a distributed line is required, such as malls, shops,
restaurants, lounge bars, it also shows itself extremely useful
for residential uses and private ceremonies, physically blending
in the architecture and disappearing from the sight, mostly
thanks to its ultra-compact dimensions and to the customizable
colors of the box and the front cloth.
A complete range of accessories makes it happen. Quadra5 can
be wall/ceiling mounted using its own bracket fixable on both
sides (Left/Right & Top/Bottom), due to the four M6 threaded
inserts.
The same bracket can also be used to fix the speaker on the
QuadraS - HP top panel as close coupling, creating a true
stand alone Point source element.
All Quadra Full Ranges can be installed on a microphone stand
or on a standard speaker stand, this one using a dedicated
bracket adapter. The speakers can be tilted both cases.
A pole mounting kit allows the speaker to be installed on
top of a Sub/Bass unit (QuadraS - HP, NucleoS, GammaS8), boosting
its LF contour down to 45 Hz as a stand alone system.
It's reasonable to think this system usable for small-sized
live performance venues, but only if properly configured.
The rear side features two 4 pole Phoenix™ connectors,
extremely helpful for installed applications.
Significant construction criteria, combined with the latest
technologies and innovative materials, ensure a great reliability
over time.
Quadra5 cabinet is constructed from marine Birch-ply and has
an impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection)
finish.
A color range (RAL Architectural program) makes all Quadra
speakers, for an easy integration, most appropriate for each
installation depending on the architectural and furniture
requirements.
