Sub is the ideal partner for everyday home audio applications,
it is quite literally the perfect fit for all everyday needs.
With its elegant design, which stands out for the markedly
rounded corners of the box, MicrHome Sub houses a single 8in.
long excursion woofer loaded in a particular Band-pass enclosure,
that provides a greater control over cone-motion, reducing
the total harmonic distortion (THD) for an accurate and extremely
smooth reproduction, not comparable with traditional direct
radiating subwoofer system of the same transducer dimension.
The Bass-reflex optimized vented port reduces turbulence and
port noise, while also increasing LF efficiency and extending
the lower response down to 45 Hz (35 Hz @ -10 dB). This noted
ability makes MicrHome Sub an ideal companion for Home Dolby
Cinema applications as well as Broadcast and Studio Recording.
The system can be successfully supplemented with the MicrHome,
MicrHome Mini and MicrHome Nano, passive Two-way and small
Full Range systems, always delivering the Loud Professional
legendary listening comfort up to 20 kHz. Significant construction
criteria, combined with the latest technologies and innovative
materials, ensure a great reliability over time. MicrHome
Sub cabinet is constructed from MDF Hydro and has a Polyurethane
Soft Touch finish.
